Booker T. Washington Wins The Commencement Challenge

Congrats to Booker T. Washington High School on winning the President's Commencement Challenge! For winning the challenge, President Obama will speak at BTW's graduation ceremony. I would like to congratulate all of the BTW staff, parents, and students. BTW made the top 3 last week and this week it was announced they won! In case you missed them making the top 3, check it out over at the White House website.

The video they submitted really made me tear up!! I'm from South Memphis and I understand what some of those students are going through. The fact that they are set on not becoming statistics said so much. Those students are from an area where not finishing school is accepted. Where government assistance is a way of life. I could go on and on about this but I won't. Check out the video here:

I loved this video! At first look, I thought it was too commercial for Nicki but after a second look I'm in love. Nicki has even tried dancing which was a surprise to me. She looks amazing with the exception of all of them damn lacefronts lol. Love me some Nicki

Jim Jones says Goddbye To His Braids

Jim Jones looks nice with his new hair cut! Those braids were not him at all and I guess he woke up and saw the bigger picture! I guess he's trying to get his grown man on since he'll be jumping the broom sometime in the near future. Now Chrissy will def have some problems on her hands!
