Bob Dudley replaces Tony Haywards as BP exec

I know many of us are looking at the above picture going who tha heck is that man? Well that man is the man that will take over BP on October 1st. He will be replacing the man below,Tony Hayward.

Some feel the change was necessary for BP. The blame had to have a face and that face was Tony Hayward. Although the fault of the historic oil spill had many factors, Hayward takes most of the blame. Dudley is from Mississippi so he is very familiar with the Gulf. Dudley i snot new to the oil industry as he has been working for BP for more than 30 years and comes as the first American to oversee a British company. After almost 3 months of leaking into the Gulf, BP finally capped the leak. The leak has been capped but there is so much more that has to be done. Dudley says, "I've spent the last three months, every day, on the Gulf Coast," he said. "And I'm going to focus for the next month and a half on what we're doing in the Gulf Coast, our relationships in the Gulf Coast and in Washington." Umm hmmm we shall see Mr Dudley, the jury is still out on you!
