New Video: Yo Gotti "We Can Get It On"

It's finally here!! Yo Gotti dropped his video yesterday for his hit single "We Can Get It On" to rave reviews! I saw the video and, like T.I's "Whatever Yo Like," I kept watching it over and over again. The video was shot by Gabriel Hart an up and coming film director. I can say that since he started directing Gotti's videos he has given them a very different visual. This video, to me, is his best to date. It's certified for the top spot on video countdowns in the future. The storyline, the choice of lead actress, and the song are sure to take this record to even greater heights. Mark My Words. Booker T. Washington Wins The Commencement Challenge

Congrats to Booker T. Washington High School on winning the President's Commencement Challenge! For winning the challenge, President Obama will speak at BTW's graduation ceremony. I would like to congratulate all of the BTW staff, parents, and students. BTW made the top 3 last week and this week it was announced they won! In case you missed them making the top 3, check it out over at the White House website.

The video they submitted really made me tear up!! I'm from South Memphis and I understand what some of those students are going through. The fact that they are set on not becoming statistics said so much. Those students are from an area where not finishing school is accepted. Where government assistance is a way of life. Soooo yesterday I attended a private listening session for Yo Gotii and "On My Grizzly" was one of the many records he played for his guest. It was perfect considering the Grizzlies were playing Game 5 of the playoffs yesterday. The energy in that room was crazy! At one point I started to think the Grizz could feel our energy in that room and the energy in this song and were gonna end it lastnight. Ok enough talk take a listen for yourself! Celebrity Hair Stylist Dariel Pulliam dies

Tionna Smalls along with Keyshia Cole's sister Elite and many others have taken to twitter to offer condolences and share their hurt over the passing of celebrity hair stylist and make-up artist Dariel Pulliam. He reportedly dies from an undisclosed illness. He is most notably known from his role on The Way it is and the Frankie and Neffe show. My prayers go out to his family and friends.
