Nicki Minaj's "Pink Friday" has gone Gold & left Yeezy Behind...

Nicki Minaj has been certified Gold! Yes she has sold 500k in the 3 weeks her album has been out. She is currently #6 on the BillBoard Charts in weekly sales passing Kanye who has the #13 spot. He has also gone Gold(but we all knew he would). Congrats to both! Especially Nicki who so many crowned a one hit wonder.. Jokes on you I guess! HA!

Kanye and Nicki Minaj hit big in 1st week sales

The numbers are in guys!!!! Ok remember my prediction was that Nicki would sell no less than 250K and guess what?! She did that plus some! Nicki Minaj's debut album "Pink Friday" sold 371,049 copies in it's first week out. She landed at #2 on the charts. Nicki also set a record with her debut album as well. She is the first hip hop female artist to ever move that many album within the first week out! What were youu saying again Kim? Yea ok.
Mr. West took the number 1 spot with 518,775 copies of his 4th studio album "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" in its first week out. I will admit I was shaky on what Kanye would do. I guess it's safe to Yeezy has a fan base that even Gorge Bush and Taylor Swift could not change. King Yeezy.
OAN: I haven't heard either album yet but I'm getting mixed reviews on both... What do you all think of the albums?

Kanye performed Run Away and Power on Saturday Night Live this past weekend. Of course I was in ATL partying it up so I missed it but you know Kanye never lets you down when he performs! I just want to know if this wearing red when he performs thing is gonna be every damn show? The set was tooo funny with the ballerinas n ish.. I enjoyed it tho! Did yall see that fool on the floor? Kanye covers October issue of XXL Magazine

Well looka here! Kanye is covering the October issue of XXL. Like Kanye is all over the place right now. In this issue he talks about his life after the Taylor Swift incident and how he's changed since. I'm hearing he did his own cover story so we could have straight facts and no misunderstandings. I wonder if he speaks on he and Amber's break-up?! I'm ready for this issue.
Here's a quote on why he went into seclusion after the incident:
“I knew I wasn’t in a great spot publicly after the incident, but I would just block it out and work as hard as possible and let my work be my saving grace. So Yeezy visited the facebook offices ad gave them a few lines, in spoken word form, from his upcoming album. My favorite line was "Life's a bitch on her period" classic. I will say I'm ready for his ne album I can just bet the things he will be saying..

So we know these pics are kinda old but I like em.. Kanye and Amber Rose had a photoshoot with Terry Richardson a while back and these are a few shots. We do know that Kanye called it quits with Amber to focus on his new album "Good Ass Job" due September 16th, and hell since Amber is smooching with Reggie Bush we know she must not be that hurt by the break-up. LOL but Im thinking we may just see them back together soon.. Amber is soooo good for promo!
