This lil boy needs a man in his life!

Ok sooo many questions came to mind when I aw this little boy dancing like this on tv. First where is his mother? Why does she thinks it's ok for her son to dance like this? Where is his father? Please don't say in the crowd! OMG this is a no mam Pam all the way!
