Black History Moment-Rosa Parks

Rosa Louise McCauley Parks (February 4, 1913 – October 24, 2005)
Rosa Parks is called my most "The Mother of the Modern Day Civil Rights Movement." After a hard day at work Rosa refused to give up her bus seat to a white passenger. She wasn't the first lady to refuse to give up her seat but some suggest her background and social standing made her case stand out. Park's refusal to give up her seat sparked the Montgomery Bus Boycott. The boycott led to the desegregating of the bus system in Montgomery. We salute you Rosa Parks!
*sidebar*Sooo I didn't give you beautiful people a Black History Moment on yesterday sooo I'm making up for yesterday today!
